Tasks: • Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the smooth organization and implementation of the consultation hours in our Centre for Dermatology and Allergology • They operate the reception as well as the telephone, coordinate the office hours and perform various general administration tasks. • The care of the patients gives you pleasure and the consultation assistance (including blood sampling, injections, allergy tests, light therapy, etc.) is one of your central areas of activity. Requirements • You have completed training as an MPA and/or medical secretary with professional experience in office hours • They value the exchange among themselves and contribute to an open, appreciative and constructive cooperation. • Even in demanding and hectic situations, you maintain an overview and always treat our patients with appreciation, empathy and professionalism. • The safe handling of IT systems and your knowledge of medical terminology round off your profile We offer: • Look forward to a motivated, committed team and a modern workplace.
