• Together with the sales management, you make sure that our guests not only shop – but take a culinary experience with them.
• In your absence, you take over the personnel and organizational leadership of the department and promote an atmosphere where quality, style and team spirit come together.
• You support the team in day-to-day business, provide impulses for excellent service and bring your strengths to actions, freshness management and visual merchandising.
• Performance tracking and KPI analysis: You keep an eye on the performance of the team to make strategic decisions that will make us successful together.
• You think along, control processes efficiently, pay attention to hygiene standards and support events, reporting and administrative processes
• You accompany new employees and learners – and you are a modern contact person. That draws you out
• You have completed training in the retail trade EFZ – supplemented by further training.
• You bring several years of professional and first management experience in upscale food sales – ideally as Stv. Sales Manager:in or Team Leader:in.
• You are the host: with personality – structured, empathetic and solution-oriented.
• You love high-quality products, understand operational processes – and enjoy bringing people together and promoting them.
• You communicate safely in German, ideally bring further language skills and use digital tools with ease.
• Assignments from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
