- You lead and promote your employees and are responsible for ensuring that the business principles such as net proceeds, liquidations, personnel costs, depreciation of goods and inventory differences are adhered to in the assigned department.
Main responsibilities
- Through the optimal management in terms of sales readiness, presentation of goods and sales promotion, you offer our customers the best possible shopping experience.
- You lead and promote your employees and are responsible for ensuring that the business principles such as net proceeds, liquidations, personnel costs, depreciation of goods and inventory differences are adhered to in the assigned department.
- You also ensure compliance with the quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, expiration dates.
- In addition to your main job, you take over the management of the sales outlet in the absence of the management. Requirements
- Completed basic training in the food retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the food sales area.
- Experience in a comparable function with management tasks
- Independent and proactive working methods as well as affinity to work with different systems
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
