The Directorate-General for Children and Youth (DGEJ) implements the cantonal policy on children and youth, which is structured around three tasks: prevention, protection and participation.
It ensures that children and young people in the canton receive appropriate support, especially when their development or safety is threatened.
As Deputy Director-General of the Child Protection Centre, you combine recognized expertise in child protection with a strong driving capacity of a complex administrative structure, and pilot the five Regional Child Protection Offices (ORPM), the Evaluation and Specific Missions Unit (UEMS) and the Platform to Support Placement, Harmonised Practice and Quality throughout the Canton.
