Tasks

• With the team, you will ensure professional and targeted settlement of open receivables
• They shall ensure a structured dunning and expulsion and shall take the necessary steps in the event of outstanding claims.

• They ensure the correct booking of payment inputs and perform further tasks in the debitor area
• They process telephone and written requests from patients, health insurance companies, authorities as well as internal bodies and clarify their concerns competently and solution-oriented Requirements:
• They have completed basic commercial training and experience in debitor accounting
• As a flexible, committed person, you are convinced by a positive basic attitude as well as pronounced service and communication skills
• Ideally you have already worked with SAP
