This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: With your know-how, you can automate, administer and operate our Oracle, MariaDB and Postgres databases reliably and independently.
• As the first point of contact, you support our development teams with database questions, find pragmatic solutions and actively contribute your knowledge.
• Together with the team, you will analyze and optimize our data management, repair disruptions quickly and ensure stable operation.
• The lifecycle management of our database infrastructures is planned and accompanied by you from setup to successful rollout.
• You bring new ideas to the further development of our information infrastructure and constantly review modern technologies and innovative approaches.
• In the DevOps environment, you continue to develop automations, supervise deployments and ensure smooth operation.

You bring that with you

• First things first: You have completed an IT education (ERC, HF, FH or university) and have at least five years of experience in database administration or system administration.
• With SQL, PL/SQL, Python and shell scripts you work safely and use them in everyday life.
• Data persistence, data storage and modern database technologies inspire you and you are very familiar with them.
• You approach challenges systematically, structured and solution-oriented.
• In German you communicate stylishly and bring your ideas understandably to the point.
• Teamwork is fun for you, you think along, take on responsibility and tackle together with your colleagues.
• Work flexibly: Your team often works in the home office or on the road. Thanks to laptop with integrated SIM card and other technical possibilities no problem.
