Tasks: • They are driving digitalization in the area of infection prevention • In close cooperation with infectiology and infection prevention, LUKS IT and EPIC managers, you create the basis for the surveillance of healthcare-associated infections, clinically relevant evaluations, quality measurements and research • Data infrastructures, business intelligence solutions, visualizations and dashboards are designed, developed and maintained by you. • Support with advanced data science methods such as statistical modeling, machine learning and natural language processing Analysis of clinical data from EPIC Requirements • You have completed university studies in Data Science, Medical Informatics, Bio-/Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Computer Science or a comparable discipline and ideally have two to five years of professional experience in the healthcare sector as well as experience with scientific questions or publications • Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a secure handling of complex data set you apart • Thanks to your strong communication skills They understand complex issues for specialists, doctors, IT specialists and clinical users and address them appropriately • Drive with a high level of initiative, a sense of responsibility and implementation strength You advance several projects even in a dynamic environment goal-oriented We offer: • You take on a meaningful task at the interface of data science, clinical care and infection prevention • Design leeway, personal responsibility and the ability to further develop digital solutions with direct benefits for patient safety and quality of care characterize this function. • An interdisciplinary environment with high professional competence, short paths and close cooperation offers you versatile development opportunities • As part of the LUKS Group, you work in an organisation that works together in a warm, competent and networked way.
