Full description

• You support the sales team in the area of food service with your authentic and sympathetic nature.
• Independent route planning and efficient management of your sales area in the region Graubünden, St.Gallen, Appenzell, Thurgau and Glarus.
• You maintain personal support, build solid customer relationships and win new customers through persuasion.
• You recognize the needs of existing customers and develop them further.
• Participation in meetings and training sessions as well as continuous market monitoring and target monitoring.
• Completed training in the food sector (e.g. cook;in, milk technology:in, baker:in/confectioner:in), ideally with further training in sales.
• Experience in field service and sales flair, preferably in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of these regions.
• Flexibility, resilience and high willingness to provide services coupled with initiative.
• Empathic communication for good cooperation with customers, internal/external stakeholders and in the team.
• Valid driving licence (cat B) and openness to change and new challenges.
