- Competent advice and active sales of our diverse offers at the reception and by phone
- Coordination, planning, and management of assigned specialist areas and classes in close cooperation with the local teachers

- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a commercial clerk, retail specialist
Main responsibilities
- Competent advice and active sales of our diverse offers at the reception and by phone
- Coordination, planning, and management of assigned specialist areas and classes in close cooperation with the local teachers
- Monitoring of bookings and payments as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
- Regular coordination and cooperation with quality coaches to ensure the high quality standards of the Klubschule
- Handling of customer requests and complaints in one's own area of responsibility with a customer- and solution-oriented approach Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the same or a similar function
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a commercial clerk, retail specialist
- German (negotiation level) English (good knowledge): French or Italian is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high sense of service Teamwork and resilience
- Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working
