Main responsibilities

  • Competent advice and active sales of our diverse offers at the reception and by phone
  • Coordination, planning, and management of assigned specialist areas and classes in close cooperation with the local teachers
  • Monitoring of bookings and payments as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Regular coordination and cooperation with quality coaches to ensure the high quality standards of the Klubschule
  • Handling of customer requests and complaints in one's own area of responsibility with a customer- and solution-oriented approach Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience: in the same or a similar function
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a commercial clerk, retail specialist
  • German (negotiation level) English (good knowledge): French or Italian is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation and a high sense of service Teamwork and resilience
  • Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working

Key requirements
