- Key Responsibilities
- Work closely together with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Very strong background in data analysis, including multivariate statistical methods and forecasting models.
Main responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Work closely together with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
- Develop customer behavioral profiling based on demographic, product usage and and multi-channel touchpoints data (from digital to call center).
- Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling and feature engineering techniques to develop powerful response predictive models that anticipate customer responses and behaviors.
- Develop Business Intelligence dashboards to track customer portfolio KPIs, digital adoption and marketing initiatives performance
- Become the data steward of reference for customers and touchpoint data.
- Collaborate with Information Management specialists to ensure data integrity and effective data modeling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Very strong background in data analysis, including multivariate statistical methods and forecasting models.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, in the financial Industry is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Very strong background in data analysis, including multivariate statistical methods and forecasting models.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, in the financial Industry is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in working with relational databases; proven advanced SQL knowledge, with BigQuery is an advantage. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of a modern BI tool like MS Power BI is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the IBM SPSS data analytics software or similar is an advantage.
- Analytical and solution oriented mindset, excellent problem solving abilities
Application process
- Develop robust scheduled data feeding procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation and apply ML models.

- Excellent knowledge of the programming language Python and the related libraries for scientific computing (in particular pandas, numpy and scikit-learn) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Self-motivated and proactive personality
- Fluency in Italian, English and German required. Workplace: Lugano/Zurich
