As a Flying Teacher Care , you are on the road across stations, shaped the educational quality and accompanied trainees in their development.
Tasks: • You perform educational sequences directly in everyday practice with our trainees (AGS, FaGe, care HF and FH) • You take on joint responsibility for the independent planning and evaluation of the punctual learning units • You promote the theory-practice transfer and support a learning-promoting training culture at the different stations. • You support trainees in problem and crisis situations in cooperation with those responsible for education • You recognize the need for education, contribute ideas, work in projects and are jointly responsible for an innovative and attractive further development of training in nursing SPZ • You work to a fixed part of your work as a care specialist exemplary in the direct care of people with paraplegia Requirements • Diploma as nursing specialist HF/FH • Care professional experience • Enjoyment of educational tasks • Communication strength, flexibility and organisational skills We offer: You not only expect attractive employment conditions, but also numerous other advantages.
