- Implementation of German lessons for foreign-speaking course participants at various levels
- Cooperation with project managers
- Design of teaching according to adult educational criteria taking into account the different prerequisites of the participants
- Administrative tasks such as attendance control and filling out forms
Requirements
- Teaching experience: In adult education or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: pedagogical and/or language didactic training (e.g. SVEB 1 for language course manager, teacher diploma, etc.)
- Eidg. Diploma adult education mandatory (SVEB 1 or analogue) and language didactic / qualified adult education training in German as a second language
- 1 – 3 years of teaching experience in the area
- Joy and commitment to conveying expertise
- Strong customer orientation as well as independent and creative work, also with digital tools
- Willingness to take on short-term assignments and flexibility in terms of place of work
