As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on projects related to core banking platform Transformation.

- Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
- Business Analysis and formalization of business needs related to any core banking topics in scope for the transformation project
- Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners
- Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users
- High level business requirements specification High level development workload estimation
Key requirements
- Strong IT delivery transformation experience Seniority and good communication skills Experience with AI
- Experience with core banking landscape in a bank or in software firm Autonomous Structured methodology & Analytical
- Capability to communicate in French and English (spoken and written ideal) Client oriented Capability to drive onshore/offshore teams Bachelor Degree SQL
- 3-7 : intermediate
- Strong experience (over 15+ years) in banking industry
- Experience with Operational Processes within Wealth Management Others Swiss Residence (preferred)
