In this exciting role, you coordinate the Joint Medical Master at the St.
Anna Clinic and ensure that the teaching activities between the university, lecturers, students and our medical profession work smoothly. YOUR TASKS
You coordinate the operational implementation of the Joint Medical Master at the St. Anna Clinic
You plan, organize and accompany teaching units including infrastructure, materials, space reservations and documents
You coordinate teaching days organizationally and, if necessary, accompany the implementation on site
You are the central contact person for students, lecturers and the Deanship of the University of Lucerne
You maintain relevant planning and communication documents as well as digital platforms and ensure that information is available in good time.
In addition, you will support DEIN PROFIL in administrative and organizational activities in the area of HR / Personnel Development
