For an internationally leading, crisis-proof Swiss fashion and laundry brand with over 80 years of tradition, we are looking for an analytically strong personality as Senior Business Controller Sales at our headquarters in the Sursee (Oberkirch) area. In a dynamic environment that has always focused on sustainability and the highest quality, you will advise sales management and management directly with valuable insights. Your field of activity

• Business Partnering: Proactive advice to the management, sales management and various departments in all business aspects.
• Analyses & decision-making: Creation of sound profitability, profitability and business case analyses as well as the derivation of concrete recommendations for action from sales, margin and earnings developments.
• Reporting & Business Intelligence: Continuous development of management reporting, co-design of the internal BI landscape and optimization of controlling and planning processes.
• Planning & Control: Participation in budget, forecast and medium-term planning, implementation of target-actual comparisons and evaluation of relevant performance indicators.
• Projects & Data Quality: Working in cross-divisional projects to ensure high transparency and data quality of all financial information.

This is what you bring with you

• Training: Completed business studies (university, university of applied sciences or comparable training) with a focus on finance/controlling.
• Experience: Several years of profound professional experience in business controlling, ideally collected in the sales or FMCG/retail environment.
• IT skills: saddle-hard user skills in MS Excel
• Practical experience with SAP as well as Cognos Analytics or comparable BI tools is a clear advantage.
• Languages: Stylistic communication in German and English for daily cooperation in an international environment.
• Personality: Analytical and networked thinking, independent and solution-oriented working methods, pronounced consulting competence and a high level of initiative.
