For our office in Gisikon in the area of GU/TU we are looking for you, as construction/project manager (m/f/d) for the project «Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps » in Andermatt. The 4+/5 star hotel «The Alpinist» has 66 rooms, restaurants & bars, 164 apartments, as well as SPA/Wellness/Fitness spread over three individual buildings connected by the platform. - You are responsible for the successful realization of the project Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps and lead it from execution to defect-free delivery
- You control costs, deadlines, quality and work safety and ensure a smooth construction process on this demanding large-scale construction site
- You coordinate building managers, planners, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors and act as a central contact on site
- You conduct tenders and awards, negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their services in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
- You lead construction meetings, identify risks at an early stage and ensure project success through a professional addendum, defect and acceptance management: Construction/project manager (m/f/d) for hotel construction, Andermatt
- Dipl. Construction manager:in, technician:in HF/TS, civil engineer:in, construction drawing board:in training or equivalent
- Several years of experience in managing and realizing new construction projects in the GU/TU environment
- In-depth knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost management, scheduling and construction processes
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as a safe and professional approach in dealing with clients, planners, authorities and entrepreneurs
