Activities

• Management and personnel management of the ventilation and air conditioning service team
• Support and active expansion of customer portfolios through the acquisition of new service contracts
• Planning of resources and routes as well as organization of the pikett service to ensure a trouble-free service sequence
• Preparation of calculations for service offers, procurement of materials and control of the budget and billing of orders
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with occupational safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed basic training EFZ with extensive professional experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Experience in service handling of ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Preferably leadership experience in the technical service environment
• Strong quality awareness, negotiating skills and strong service concept
• Secure German in word and writing as well as valid driving licence Cat. B
