Main responsibilities

- Prepare and account for the hospital's general accounts Establish and monitor VAT accounts
- Maintain and record capital assets and monitor the calculation of depreciation;
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of loop procedures and checklists
- Participate in operational activities related to operating cost accounting (AAC), including monitoring and validation of imputations
- Provide support to the Financial Director through the ITAR-K Institution (costs per case)
- Coordinate the processing of external requests and requests from other internal services
- Participate in working meetings with other services as part of continuous process improvement
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide indicators as required
Key requirements
- Technical expertise
- You hold a trade employee's SWC or equivalent; A supplementary accounting certificate is highly appreciated.
- You have several years of professional experience in an accounting department, ideally in the hospital or health sector.
- You have a good knowledge of REKOLE hospital accounting standards.
- Mastery of the Opale/BluePearl ERP is an asset.
- You are comfortable with the usual computer tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook). Human skills
