Main responsibilities
- As the first neutral point of contact for patients, patients and relatives, you receive feedback, concerns and complaints with confidence.
- With empathy, professionalism and measure of eyes, you conduct challenging discussions, obtain opinions and accompany a fair, solution-oriented clarification.
- Patient safety risks are identified early on, support their reduction and make an important contribution to avoiding legal disputes as far as possible
- In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you contribute insights from complaints to projects and measures relating to patient safety Requirements
- An academic background or comparable education forms the basis;
