Full description

• To take care of the operational coordination of agronomic activities and projects in the farms of the experimental station
• To process and disseminate the scientific results already obtained in an understandable, convincing and practice oriented way ("selling the solutions")
• Provide assistance in the concrete implementation of agronomic measures within farms and promote the experimental station as a platform for exchange and reference
• Analyze and evaluate significant data and surveys for practice
• Identifying factors affecting increased efficiency and reducing emissions in practical conditions
• Degree (master) in agronomy, from good to good knowledge of R
• Experience in agricultural advice (consulence), ideally cultivating direct and regular contact with farmers and farmers
• Excellent coordination, communication and moderation of exchange formats in agricultural context
• Excellent knowledge of agricultural practices and context
• German mandatory, ideally with a good mastery of the dialect
• Knowledge of two official languages
