This is what you do with us
In this varied function, you act as a link between the insurance and pension advisors and our specialist departments on the management.
Your varied area of responsibility includes the administrative and organizational support of our insurance and pension consultants, the creation of offers, the processing of applications and the coordination of appointments. With your high willingness to provide services, you support our customers in personal conversation at the reception or on the phone and also handle simpler claims cases.
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training in the insurance sector
- High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
- Sales- and customer-oriented as well as independent personality
- Fluent German skills, other languages are a plus
- Security in dealing with the Microsoft Office range and digital affinity
