What You Do

• You support several lawyers in the management of opposition proceedings and legal proceedings, particularly in the electronic processing of administrative correspondence.
• You manage legal affairs in various systems and independently collect and compile files for court proceedings.
• You are responsible for the drafting and dispatching of court records and the execution of warrants and power of attorneys within the prescribed time limits.
• You get the bills and monitor the payments.
• You also respond to requests for telephone and written information and make clarifications if necessary.
• You are also responsible for the handling of foreign appeals, as well as the accounting and monitoring of payments related to these appeals.
• A multilingual working daily is waiting, mainly in German and French, for our trilingual team. What you bring
• You have completed basic commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• You have an excellent command of German, and French is a language you understand and speak well. Knowledge in Italian is an asset.
• Preferably, you have professional experience in a law firm, a court or a legal service in the field of social insurance.
• You're very familiar with MS Office tools.
• You're used to working rigorously and accurately, and you know how to prioritize tasks effectively.
• You have a great autonomy, a good organizational capacity, and your flexibility makes you a highly appreciated collaborator.
• You will work mainly on the Fluhmatt site in Lucerne in collaboration with the team, while having the opportunity to do telework after the trial time.
