On a daily basis, in addition to the individual guests in the public self-service restaurant, our restaurant serves 190 patients and approximately 600 employees. The task is complemented by a lively and versatile banquet operation. Tasks: • Manufacture and manufacture of dishes and meals for patients, restaurant and banquets in the divided area (cold kitchen, warm kitchen and patisserie) • Compliance with the guidelines regarding HACCP and QMS and independent management of checklists in these areas • Assistance with the patient feed distribution belt Requirements • You bring professional experience in the kitchen or have recently completed your professional training as a cook. • You work independently, carefully and with a high quality awareness. • You know the hygiene standards and implement them reliably in everyday work. • You are a team-oriented personality who values appreciative and reliable cooperation. • You also keep calm, overview and a solution-oriented attitude in hectic situations. • You are willing to work regularly on weekends. The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognized specialist clinic for cross-sectional, back and respiratory medicine. As an acute and rehabilitation clinic, the centre offers its patients comprehensive care and supports them throughout their lives. The clinic is part of the Swiss Paraplegic Group, which provides a globally unique service network for the holistic rehabilitation of people with paraplegia.
