- Medical, technical and organizational management of the orthopedic surgery and trauma surgery department at the Stans location
- Operational, economic and personnel responsibility at the location, in close coordination with the cross-location clinic management of the orthopedics and trauma surgery clinic of the LUKS Group
- Seat in the cross-location clinic management as well as active participation in the joint technical and strategic development of the clinic
- As a member of Hospital management Shared responsibility for the development of the Nidwalden Hospital within the LUKS Group
- Participation in the harmonization of treatment standards, processes and portfolios across the locations
- Ensuring high-quality, economical and patient-oriented care
- Leadership and further development of the medical team at the location
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration within the hospital as well as with referring doctors and other external partners
