- They develop and implement a forward-looking care strategy and drive forward key topics such as a skill-grade mix, modern work and application models and the digitalization of care processes.
- Together with your management team, you promote a contemporary management and team culture, accompany the further development of the nursing area through upcoming change and transformation processes and strengthen interprof's interprof-essional cooperation with the fields of medicine and therapies.
- They are consistently developing the clinic of Lengg as an innovative training company at Sekundar and Tertiary Level and are committed to the acquisition, development and binding of qualified specialists.
- As a member of the management, you actively contribute to the strategic development of the clinic and represent the interests of care at the company level.
We offer
- Completed training as a specialist in nursing care (HF/FH) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by a MAS in nursing management / Nursing Leadership or a similar subject.
- Perennial professional and management experience in the health care sector with a proven performance card in a comparable management function, ideally at the level of the Care Directorate or CNO.
- Detection of experience in the management of change and development processes and the joy of successfully accompanying organisations and people through transformations.
