For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of technical building services, we are looking for an experienced professional as Senior Project Manager Heating / Cooling (m/f).

The company realizes demanding projects relating to the technical infrastructure of buildings and supports its clients from planning through implementation to successful completion. For this responsible position, we are looking for a technically skilled and highly organized professional who can lead projects independently while also enjoying working in a team.

02 Your responsibilities

• Planning, coordination and implementation of medium-sized to larger projects in the field of heating and cooling.
• Independently managing the projects entrusted to you, from preparation through implementation.
• Coordinating the internal and external parties involved and ensuring a smooth project workflow.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers.
• Supporting the selection and procurement of materials, components and services.
• Supporting and coordinating the planning phase as well as monitoring implementation on the construction site.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, specialist planners and other project partners.
• Actively contributing to the further development of projects and to finding technically and economically optimal solutions.

04 Your profile

• Completed training as a building services planner specializing in heating or a comparable technical qualification.
• Further education at HF or FH level, or a comparable higher professional qualification, is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in heating and/or refrigeration technology.
• Experience in independently planning and executing projects.
• Good knowledge of project management and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the field of steam or steam systems is a plus.
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of direct contact with customers and project partners.
• Resilience and a solution-oriented, structured way of working.
• Strong team skills and the ability to take on responsibility independently.
