Your area of activity

• Construction management on site: organisation and coordination of new openings, conversions and renovations of branches throughout Switzerland.
• Project management Construction: control of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordination & communication: interface with authorities, architects, planners, craftsmen and suppliers
• Cost, Schedule & Quality Control: Ensuring Project Goals and Budget Compliance
• Project monitoring: supervision over all phases (concept, planning and execution)

Your profile

• Training: You have basic technical training and training as a technician, builder or construction manager
• Professional experience: bring several years of experience as a construction manager or project manager You are already with
• Mobility: You have the driving licence category B.
• IT skills: Secure use of common IT tools such as Office 365
• Experience with MS Project is beneficial
• Working method: You work independently, structured, resilient and service-oriented
• Language competence: stylish German
• French or Italian are beneficial
