Your new challenges

• Managing a team of 5-8 service employees responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
• Ensuring the quality of service and the provision of services as well as the implementation of field actions
• Support of the repair business with high-quality repairs (recognized need for repair)
• Performance of maintenance tasks (maintenance, troubleshooting and repair)
• Monitoring of the relevant key figures and appropriate action
• Operational planning Pikett service incl. Back-up

Your ideal conditions

• Completed apprenticeship in the technical field (e.g. polymechanic, car mechanic, plant and apparatus manufacturer or electrical installer)
• Further training in the commercial sector is advantageous
• Professional experience in service or repairs
• Elevator know-how is advantageous
• Leadership experience is beneficial
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages beneficial
