Your new challenges

• Independent processing of incoming complaints in the tool
• Material identification based on orders, parts lists and drawings
• Internal clarifications and material handling of returned goods
• Training and support of colleagues in French Switzerland
• Support for the timely delivery of our elevator systems

Your ideal conditions

• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, further education beneficial
• Good knowledge of PC and EDP tools
• Negotiation confident in German as well as very good knowledge of French and English (minor level B1)
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders (internal customers and partners as well as external suppliers and forwarders)
