• You organize the meetings of the management from planning to preparation to post-processing. You keep an eye on the agendas, resolutions and deadlines.
• You coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a professional flow of information.
• You plan and coordinate the appointments of the CEO and ensure that meetings, travel and events are professionally prepared and conducted smoothly.
• You will lead the Secretariat of the Real Estate Supervision Commission of the Suva Council. You are responsible for the session organization, logging and monitoring and tracking of pendencies.
• You support our General Secretariat in organizational and administrative tasks and are actively involved in the further development of processes. What you bring
• You have a basic commercial training and a further education as a directorial assistant: in or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in an assistant role at management, management or board level and move confidently in a demanding environment.
• You work independently, forward-looking and structured, set the right priorities and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
• You appreciate the close cooperation in tandem with your assistant colleague and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You communicate stylishly in German and speak fluent French.
