Il encadre l'équipe des mécaniciens, gère les plannings, assure la conformité aux normes de sécurité et veille à la satisfaction des clients internes.

- Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d'industrialisation et les différents départements de production, en faisant du lien transverse un véritable levier de performance collective. Orchestrer & fiabiliser
- Enfin, vous traiterez les non-conformités avec méthode et exigence. Améliorer, Sécuriser & Performer
- Également, vous suivrez le budget (capex/opex) avec discipline, en contribuant activement à la performance globale du service.
