- Ensure a smooth production process by operating, cleaning, preparing, sterilising and monitoring equipment, premises and auxiliary facilities.
- carrying out sampling, in-process controls, environmental monitoring and other quality-related activities to ensure product quality.
- Responsibility for complete, timely and GMP-compliant documentation, including batch records, logbooks, SAP bookings and production-related records.
- Ensure availability of consumables, resources and production resources, as well as support for production planning and resource management.
- monitoring of installation performance, early detection of deviations and initiation and coordination of appropriate immediate measures in the event of technical failures or operational deviations.
- Assistance in the investigation of deviations, in particular human error, as well as cooperation with experts and quality assurance for root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Promoting a high GMP, quality, safety and 5S culture through consistent compliance and implementation of the applicable standards on the shop floor.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between production, quality, technology and other interfaces to support trouble-free operation.
