Main responsibilities
- You look after the drivers before and during delivery as well as on return
- You communicate with internal and external bodies to ensure a smooth process
- If it's not so smooth, you work on the deviations of our customers with a lot of grace and high service ideas
- You promote a close cooperation with superiors and work colleagues, according to the motto "one for all, all for one
- Maintaining and updating the shipment data in the system does not bother you
- You support our disposition in various administrative tasks Profile:
