- Sound medical education and expertise (e.g. care)
- An advantage is a completed technical or university education in the areas of social work, psychology, coaching, health or care management etc.
- Several years of operational experience in care management, ideally in the social or health insurance sector
- Your personality is characterized by solution- and customer-oriented thinking
- Enthusiastic, responsible and resilient personality
- Very good communication skills, written and oral, as well as representative personality with impeccable, situational performance skills
- Stylistic German, Italian and English, every other language is an advantage
- A valid driving license is mandatory
