We are looking for an agreement to strengthen our nursing expert team at the Center for Paraplegia

- They are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of care on the bed stations and for a further development of care practice based on evidence

Main responsibilities

- They advise, train and support the nurses in complex care situations as well as in challenging mobilisations and camps
- You are part of the shared leadership team and work closely with care management and education
- They represent the care in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and carry out care and Kinaestethics-related internal training Requirements
- You have a Master of Science in Nursing and have in-depth knowledge in Kinaesthetics, preferring level Kinaesthetics Trainer
- Several years of experience as a Dipl.
- Care professional in the acute and/or rehabilitation area with professional responsibility
- You are a personality with leadership skills and burn for the further development of nursing practice We offer:
