What you do

• In an agile organization, you shape the digital future of our insurance, customer and partner processes and ensure a compelling customer experience.
• In close cooperation with product managers, development teams, specialists and other stakeholders, you will analyze existing business processes, identify potential for optimization and develop viable technical solutions.
• You create professional specifications, accompany the implementation, the testing, the roll-out and ensure that the solution meets the professional requirements and customer needs. What you bring
• You have a degree (FH/Uni) in Business Informatics or a comparable education.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or Process Manager or in a similar function enable you optimally for this role.
• Ideally, you will know insurance, customer and partner processes. Equally welcome are experiences from other industries with complex business processes and a strong interest in insurance topics.
• You understand how to quickly grasp complex technical contexts, prepare them in a comprehensible way and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Good communication and moderation skills, sensitivity and empathy in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders characterize your personality.
