• Together with your team, you ensure professional ticket checks and thus make an important contribution to securing revenue.

• From Monday to Sunday you will be on our varied regional lines.

• You will advise our passengers competently and courteously on tariff and timetable issues and create positive experiences for our customers.

• You also take on special tasks such as structural surveys or fraud prevention.

You bring that with you

• You have completed a basic training course and have the category B driving licence.

• Thanks to your solution-oriented nature, you can argue skillfully and remain sovereign and calm even in hectic situations.

• You enjoy daily customer contact and enjoy the variety that irregular working hours (including Sundays and public holidays) bring with them.

• Your very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of Italian and English in word and writing and an experienced use of digital devices round off your profile.
