Long Description BI & Data Scientist PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To develop and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions that enhance digital intelligence modules, operational performance, and decision-making.
Will work with cross-functional teams to deliver predictive insights and intelligent automation, also assisting in the interpretation of complex data to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Long Description BI & Data Scientist PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- To develop and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions that enhance digital intelligence modules, operational performance, and decision-making.
Application process
- Apply AI techniques such as LLM, image processing, and reinforcement learning to improve Digital Services Intelligence and reporting.
- Conduct feature engineering, model tuning, and performance evaluation using statistical and cross-validation methods.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management, including versioning, deployment, and monitoring. Data Engineering & Analytics
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and SSIS for scalable data ingestion and transformation.
- Integrate and analyse data from operational platforms: BI, Splunk, Nagios, ServiceNow, DMS
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau for real-time insights and strategic reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modelling to support action planning.
- Lead training and coaching sessions to build data literacy and promote a data-driven mindset across teams.
