Their tasks

• They bring their expertise and conjure up tasty baked goods and desserts from high-quality, seasonal foods
• Planning the day in our bakery
• Compliance with production and hygiene guidelines
• Assistance with external events in the monastery as well as with caterings.

Your profile

• Completed training as a baker – pastry chef, pastry chef – confiseur or well-founded patisserie
• Experience in gastronomy
• Joy of craftsmanship
• Keep a cool head in hectic situations
• Self-initiative, creative and team-capable
• Hygiene and order are a matter of course for them
