Their tasks

• Co-responsibility for the organisation and coordination of trainings Care HF and FH
• Participation in the selection of students
• Continuous professional support and advice for students
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of field-specific teaching
• Coaching and further training of vocational training
• Co-design of the in-house training concept
• Cooperation with training partners
• Permanent examination of professional and pedagogical topics
• Participation in projects and working groups

Your profile

• Dipl. Nurse FH or HF
• Professional experience in psychiatry
• vocational training, or the willingness to complete such
• Experience accompanying apprentices
• Flair for teaching and advice
• High empathy and assertiveness
• Self-employed, responsible work organisation
• Team and cooperation capability
• Secure handling of common IT programs
