In order to strengthen our team in the Mandate Mall of Switzerland, we are looking for a <b>very flexible</b>, service-oriented and committed personality as of August 2026.

Tasks

As an employee: in Infopoint you are the first contact person for our customers. In addition to representative tasks, services in the field of parking and integration are included in the security equipment:

• Friendly and competent reception of visitors, as well as their allocation and registration
• Information to be provided
• Forward malfunction reports, complaints and order reports to the competent bodies
• Operating intercom system of the car park
• Administrative work
• Monitor parking areas and control barriers
• Active assistance in the security organisation
• The rental and sale of various articles

The missions take place on Friday from 15:00 - 21:15. In addition, you are ready and flexible to take on more shifts during short-term absences such as illness or during the holidays of your colleagues.

Requirements

You describe yourself as a service provider: from the innermost conviction with an open and cordial manner. Flexibility, reliability, independence and teamwork are also among your character traits.

• Commercial apprenticeship, hotel school or equivalent education
• Professional experience at a reception or in the office with customer contact is advantageous
• Compellingly very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French and Italian is advantageous
• Communicative and fast-thinking personality
• Adept use of means of communication and electronic aids
• Maintained appearance
