YOUR TASKS
- As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth routine in everyday practice.
- With organizational talent and empathy, you respond individually to the needs of our patients – from scheduling to personal care before, during and after the examinations.
- You actively support our sports doctors during consultations and diagnostic tests
- You are an important contact person for our physiotherapists and support them in their daily routine
- The independent conduct of various investigations – such as e.g. B. ECG or lung function tests – rounds off your varied everyday life
- In addition, you will take on important administrative and digital tasks, such as maintaining patient data, organizing procedures in the practice management system and ensuring efficient digital documentation.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- A strong understanding of services as well as a high resilience distinguish you
- Your working method is efficient, structured and characterized by organizational talent and a quick apprehension
- Direct and telephone contact with patients brings you pleasure
- You work very efficiently in the administrative area and have a secure handling of digital systems and practical software
