Welcome to Medbase Lucerne Allmend
Our modern, versatile medical center is located in the sports building Allmend in Lucerne. Here we look after patients interdisciplinary and quality-oriented. Around 30 employees from the disciplines of general internal medicine, sports medicine or orthopedics, physiotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine TCM or medical massage work together interprofessionally. Our Medical Center is certified by Swiss Olympic in the field of sports medicine. We maintain a close cooperation with our partners Migros Fitnesspark Allmend and Hallenbad Allmend, whose infrastructures we use for certain forms of therapy. At Medbase Lucerne Allmend, we strive for a balanced work-life balance. Working part-time is possible in all functions and working hours can be flexible.

As an MPA, you are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a pleasant practical experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
- Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination
- Conduct laboratory tests, ECGs, ERGOs, LUFU, MFK test, preparation for autologous therapy and X-rays
- Assistance in small-scale surgery
- Management and electronic billing of patient records
- Ensuring smooth practices
- Cooperation with the team in administrative tasks
What you bring
- Education as a Med. Practice assistant/in EFZ or specialist/health EFZ with proven professional experience
- Dose-intensive X-ray and Chronic Care Management (MPK clinical direction) are a plus – if you do not yet have these qualifications, we support your willingness to acquire them
- Organizational talent and pleasure in patient care
- Empathy and flexibility
- Teamwork and humor in challenging situations
- Good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level)
