Tasks: • Together with your team You are responsible for ensuring that the consultation hours in the dermatological clinic run smoothly • You take care of the reception and the telephone exchange, coordinate appointments and take on a wide range of administrative tasks • In addition, you accompany the patients during their stay and support the dermatological consultation (e.g. for blood sampling, injections, dressings, light therapies and assistance in minor procedures). • Close and constructive cooperation with the relevant secretariats, ambulatories, case managers, dermatologists and family doctors is a matter of course for you Requirements • You have completed training as a medical assistant or specialist in health and ideally have experience in the outpatient sector • You enjoy working in a motivated, interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment and appreciate working together in a competent and appreciative team. • The respectful and sensitive treatment of patients is a matter of course for you • They are characterized by a quick comprehension as well as a structured, reliable and precise working method.
