Tasks: • You support the Rescue Service management in the forward-looking planning, coordination and prioritization of appointments, meetings, pendants and deadlines and ensure a smooth organizational process. • They accompany projects and business projects from planning to implementation and create challenging concepts, reports, presentations, contracts and further decision-making basis • You take responsibility in the financial sector, process and audit invoices, keep an eye on budget development and create meaningful evaluations and key figures • They coordinate central administrative processes such as emergency medical rotation, support entry and exit operations and provide an important interface for professional cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
