• Purchasing processing: Independent processing of the entire shopping processing
• Master data management: Maintaining master data using SAP
• Schedule and delivery management: monitoring and coordination of order confirmations and delivery dates
• Advertising planning: Administrative management of advertising planning
• Article Management: Responsible for the article allocation to the branches
• Interface Management: Link to internal departments and suppliers
• Administrative processing: Processing of administrative processing tasks

• Training: Completed basic commercial training
• Professional experience: Purchasing sector, furniture sector beneficial
• Working method: Quick comprehension and reliable and efficient working method
• Personal skills: Customer-oriented, team-capable and independent personality
• Language skills: Good foreign language skills in French and English are beneficial
• IT knowledge: Sound MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with SAP
