Main responsibilities

  • Administrative and organisational support of the clinic director and the departmental management in day-to-day business, including appointment management and coordination of cross-sectoral tasks
  • Self-employed organisation and coordination of administrative processes within the clinic
  • Support of personnel processes, in particular onboarding of new employees, guest researchers and interns, including correspondence, document control and management of holiday credit
