Tasks: • Together with your teammate, you will support site management in a wide range of administrative, planning and organizational tasks and contribute to efficient processes at the site. • You take over the scheduling of appointments, organize events, create presentations and evaluations and prepare information appropriately and clearly • They actively participate in internal and external communication, write correspondences, manage the contents of the intranet and websites and are responsible for cash management and cash transactions. • They participate in exciting projects, in particular the new construction project LUKS Wolhusen, and support them organizationally and administratively Requirements • They have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
