- You are responsible for the collection of patient data in SAP and PathoWin+ as well as the reporting of the specialist cytology
- Together with your teammate, you are responsible for the smooth running of the various tasks at the reception and welcome our internal and external clientele.

Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the collection of patient data in SAP and PathoWin+ as well as the reporting of the specialist cytology
- Together with your teammate, you are responsible for the smooth running of the various tasks at the reception and welcome our internal and external clientele.
- You do not have physical patient contact requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical assistant, MPA or dental assistant as well as further training as physician secretary form the basis for this function.
- Ideally, you could also already gain valuable experience in a comparable position
- Enthusiasm, team orientation, networked thinking and a pronounced social competence distinguish you and support you in successful cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology as well as good PC user knowledge allow you to deal safely with the various tasks of everyday work.
