At UBP, you will join the CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) team to operate, stabilize, and enhance Appway workflows (onboarding, KYC reviews, remediations).
The role is primarily focused on Level 2/Level 3 support and run activities (80%), with a development/engineering component (20%) for fixes, minor enhancements, and industrialization.

Application process
- Provide L2/L3 application support: triage, diagnosis, incident/problem resolution, and coordination with the vendor/integrators.
- Monitor workflow health: SLAs, queues, jobs, logs; set up and maintain dashboards and alerts.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and define/implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Manage releases and package promotion (CAB, validations, smoke tests, rollback plans).
- Document operating procedures, runbooks, a Known Error Database, and user guides.
- Participate in on-call/extended hours as scheduled; ensure incident communications (IT/Business) and reporting.
- Optimize stability and performance: housekeeping, capacity management, tuning, error handling, and resilience.
- Ensure operational compliance (traceability, auditability, data protection, banking secrecy). Development & Engineering (20%)

- Analytical mindset, quality focus, and drive for continuous improvement. Languages: fluent English required;
- French is an asset. Swiss Residence mandatory
